Our mission is :

To support, and further international trade between English speaking nations and Asia by confirming the legitimacy and validity of businesses, enabling total protection for global investors from unwarranted, improper and illegal practices with regard to Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.

The Asian Registration and Licensing Authority member states businesses have outlined in their code of conduct and standards :

  • To work together with our membership to maintain fair, and accurate transactions relating to Mergers and Acquisitions;
  • To progress business relations, by the exchanging of information and business practices between Asian and English speaking countries when working in the Mergers and Acquisitions markets;
  • To strive to achieve the highest standards of conduct between both international Agencies and registered companies;
  • To join together with both member businesses and international governments to promote market integrity, by ensuring all rules, laws and regulations are adhered to, by effectual implementation and enforcement of fines and criminal prosecutions for those persons or businesses found guilty of committing any and all offences.
  • To enable the translation and interpretation of documents from Asian languages to English to ease commerce between Asian and English companies
