The highest standards of business conducts and ethical behaviour are one of the fundamental beliefs of the ARLA and we feel it is of the utmost importance to give all companies an avenue through which they can file a complaint or air a grievance, as well as report any potential legal or ethical violations regarding persons or companies involved in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions.

By the reporting of any and all concerns you may have with this regard, the ARLA will be in a position to take the appropriate action necessary to rectify any unlawful, unfair and unethical practices being carried out within the Mergers and Acquisitions industry.

For us to be able to take the correct and appropriate action to resolve bad business standards and unethical practices, we ask to receive as much accurate and complete information regarding the persons or company in question as possible. We understand fully that it is not always possible to do this but, the more details we have allows us to make the correct evaluation, assessment and decision regarding individuals and companies reported to us.
